There are 3 sets of FAQ Categories, one set per each language.
User with one of the roles of "WMD_Admin1" and "WMD_Super" can use the Manage FAQ function to manage all the 3 sets of FAQ Categories.
User with one of the roles of "WMD_Admin1" and "WMD_Super" can use the Manage FAQ function to manage all the 3 sets of FAQ Categories.
| How to create a FAQ Category |
- User clicks on "Add" button
- A new entry is attached as the last item of the category list
(The entry contains 1 text box for category title, and there is a "New" text in red color on LHS and "Cancel" button on RHS) - All "Up", "Down" and "Manage Questions" buttons on the page are disabled, while other buttons are enabled including "Save" buttons
- User inputs the category title on the new entry
- User clicks on one of the "Save" buttons
- FAQ category listing page is updated; All entries are displayed in view mode; All buttons except the "Save" buttons are enabled; Message for items updated is shown; And the newly created item at the bottom of the list

| How to edit the title of a FAQ Category |
- User clicks on the "Edit" button for one of the FAQ categories
- The correlated item is changed to edit mode
(The entry contains 1 text box for category title with original conten prefilled, and there is a "Cancel" button on RHS) - All "Up", "Down" and "Manage Questions" buttons on the page are disabled, while other buttons are enabled including "Save" buttons
- User updates the content on the entry
- User clicks on one of the "Save" buttons
- FAQ category listing page is updated; All entries are displayed in view mode; All buttons except the "Save" buttons are enabled; Message for items updated is shown; And the updated item is in the list

| How to remove a FAQ Category |
- Make sure there is no question exist in the target FAQ category
- User clicks on one of the "Remove" buttons for one of the FAQ categories, a Confirm/Cancel dialog is prompted
- User clicks on "Yes" in the dialog
- The correlated item is changed to remove mode
(The text of correlated item are struck, and there is a "Cancel" button on RHS) - All "Up", "Down" and "Manage Questions" buttons on the page are disabled, while other buttons are enabled including "Save" buttons
- User clicks on one of the "Save" buttons
- FAQ category listing page is updated; All entries are displayed in view mode; All buttons except the "Save" buttons are enabled; Message for items updated is shown; And the removed item is not in the list

| How to reorder FAQ Categories |
- User clicks on the "Up" or "Down" button for one of the FAQ categories
- The correlated item swaps with the upper or lower one, depending on which button is clicked. The background color of swapping item is changed.
- All "Add", "Edit", "Remove" and "Manage Questions" buttons on the page are disabled, while other buttons are enabled including "Save" buttons
- Repeat step 1 until the swapping item is moved to the target position
- User clicks on one of the "Save" buttons
- FAQ category listing page is updated; All entries are displayed in view mode; All buttons except the "Save" buttons are enabled; Message for items updated is shown; And the selected item is swapped with the one at the new position

After user clicks on the "Manage Questions" button on Manage FAQ Categories page, the corresponding list of FAQ Questions will be displayed for management.
User with one of the roles of "WMD_Admin1" and "WMD_Super" can use the Manage FAQ function to manage all the FAQ Questions.

There are 2 lists of Announcements, Admin1 and Admin2.
Each Announcement record contains content of all 3 languages (i.e. English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese). Announcement per each language can attach maximum 5 PDF files.
User with one of the roles of "WMD_Admin1", "WMD_Admin2" and "WMD_Super" can use the Manage Announcements function to manage the list of Announcements which entitled to the user role.

| How to create an Announcement |
- User clicks on "Add" button
- A page for adding item is displayed, with 2 text boxes, 1 text area and 1 checkbox for inputting category, title, content and activation; One section of PDF file attachments; The tab button of English is selected
- User inputs the category, title, content and activation on the page
- User selects PDF file(s) to be saved as attachments of the announcement item , maximum 5 PDF files are allowed per language
- User clicks on the "Save" button
- Announcements listing page of last selected language is displayed, message for item created is shown and the newly created item at the top of the list

| How to edit an Announcement |
- User clicks on the "Edit" button on one of the Announcement items
- A page for editing item is displayed. The original values are prefilled in the input boxes (2 text box, 1 text area and 1 checkbox for category, title, content, activation and file attachments in a list) on the page
- User updates the values on the page
- Add / remove file attachments, maximum 5 PDF files are allowed
- User clicks on the "Save" button
- Announcements listing page of last selected language is displayed, message for item updated is shown and the updated item is in the list

- User clicks on one of the "Remove for all lang" buttons for one of the Announcement items, a Confirm/Cancel dialog is prompted
- User clicks on "Yes" in the dialog

There are 2 lists of Quick Access Links, General and Market Insights.
For every list, there are 3 sets of records, one set per each language.
User with one of the roles of "WMD_Admin1", "WMD_Admin2" and "WMD_Super" can use the Manage Quick Access Links function to manage the list of Quick Access Links which entitled to the user role.

User with one of the user roles of "WMD_Reports" and "WMD_Super" can download any type of Audit Records by month, week or date.

- User clicks on the button for downloading log-in/log-out records of each user
- A dialog is prompted to ask user to save or open the records file in excel format

User with one of the user roles of "WMD_Client_Setup" and "WMD_Super" can setup the record for clients in WMD e-Platform.

- Client listing page is displayed, the tab button of "All Clients" is selected, message for item created is shown and the newly created item can be found in the list
